What types of events can be hosted at your venue?
Our venue is perfect for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and conferences.
What is the venue capacity?
The venue accommodates up to 425 guests standing and 300 guests seated.
Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, our venue is fully accessible to ensure all guests can enjoy their experience.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available for events after 6 PM on weekdays and all day on Saturdays. We also offer optional valet service for your convenience.
What are the standard rental times?
Events begin with setup at 1:00 PM. The base rental includes 5 hours, extendable to 6 hours if a ceremony is added. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM, with an additional hour granted for wrap-up and vendor load-out.

How do I book the venue?

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH payment. A 4.5% credit card surcharge and a 1% ACH surcharge will be applied to all payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customers may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments, and rescheduling is not permitted.
Do you host weddings on holidays or Sundays?
Yes, we allow weddings on Sundays and holidays on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your preferred dates for more information.
What facilities are included with the rental?
Our venue rental includes:
- 20 to 60-inch round tables
- 200 white folding chairs
- 14 six-foot tables
- 15 cocktail tables
- 2 bars
- AV system
- Room setup and breakdown
- Parking for up to 200 vehicles
- Venue manager for assistance
Is catering available on-site?
Yes, we partner with Prefix and Strang Hall for on-site catering, and we can provide a list of preferred caterers if needed.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No, we require a bar service for all events serving alcohol. Our preferred bar caterer is Sidecar KC.
