After years of working as a private chef and culinary instructor, Ashley built a concept centered around globally inspired comfort food that nourishes the soul. Her approach to cooking relies on high-quality ingredients and the belief that a meal should be an invitation to slow down. Bringing that level of care to a fast-paced downtown environment is a natural evolution for her brand.

The new space at lightwell will offer a unique aesthetic that Chef Ashley describes as “cool aunt chic.” Visitors can expect a 4,000-square-foot footprint that blends the nostalgia of a classic retro diner with the sophisticated design of a modern office tower.
