     • Bring your insurance card (accepted: BCBS, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare; Note: No Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare replacement cards).
     • Wear a short-sleeve shirt or an accessible shirt for easy vaccine administration.
     • Children must be ages 3 and older to receive the vaccine.

2. Biometric Venipuncture Screening
   • Service Offer: We offer self pay comprehensive biometric venipuncture screenings, with lab results typically available within 3-10 days. Choose from a variety of tests, including:
